How do I become registered?

Below is the form currently issued to all accredited members of BACP, COSCA and eligible counsellors of FDAP and UKAHPP. Please feel free to download this and return it (signed, dated and accompanied by your initial remittance of £30*) to:

Please note that as from 1 April 2006 the annual registration fee will be increased from £28 to £30.

*Counsellors accredited with BACP with less than six months before annual membership renewal should send £15 only.
Applicants paying a reduced professional membership subscription to their accrediting organisation should send £15 only.
